The apartment was superb, excellent location, easy walks to most of the main sights, it’s very quite, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped kitchen with lots of basics so you don’t need to rush out and buy tea and coffee etc. It’s in an old palazzo so there are tall ceilings and huge windows giving lots of light and a nice view of the inner courtyard.  Having WiFi in the flat was great. There is a cafe/restaurant just next door in a lovely little square. Lots of take away bakeries just round the corner in Campo dei Fiori and just at the top of the street a handy Co-op supermarket and a great little restaurant the ‘Supplizi’ with great Roman food and lots of veggie options. The check in procedure worked very well. Enzo met us at the door and showed us how everything worked and he was very helpful. The staff at Cities reference are superb and couldn’t have been more helpful, everything worked like clockwork.We plan to stay here again next year.

First, the positives- 
Apartment was well situated, clean and cute.

Now the negatives-
Apartment was on first floor, up narrow stairs, without a lift.  No where is this mentioned in any advertisement and picture leads you to believe it is on the ground floor- Bad for people with bad legs.
Owner unresponsive, had to wait nearly four hours to gain access.
Owner acknowledged any problem, but made no effort to resolve them.
Examples:
Only one full set of keys. Owner acknowledged, did not correct.
Living room dark, many lights did not work. Owner acknowledged, did not correct.
Ceiling fan in main living area was broken. Owner acknowledged, did not correct.

We missed CD/DVD-player. When you wished to cook etc. the kitchen equipment was sufficient, but not very good: knives and forks for instance were of minimal quality and quantity.

Great apartment and location we stayed for a month in Italy and this meant we had a base to return to. Campo dei Fiori is a great location central in Rome and close to all the places to go and see.

limpio pero pequeño, el WC pierde agua, la cisterna hace un ruido terrible, la puerta del WC no se puede cerrar, la cama es irregular e incomoda, la ducha es muy pequeña (si mides 1,80cm tendras problemas). Su ubicacion es muy buena pero no justifica un precio muy elevado.

#348b era bella come sempre. Ci troviamo lì molto bene. 
Dopo un giorno con lavori al system del gas la doccia era solo fredda. Abbiamo avvisato questo, sono venuti esperti per il fornitore del Gas sul balconetto e poi la doccia funzionava  - ma in modo "intermittente", significa: La doccia calda cominava, poi per 5 minuti secondi fredda, poi calda e cosi va. Del resto tutto a posto - grazie.
Pensiamo per il prossimo soggiorno in aprile 2016.

Absolutely great location...  a block from Piazza Trilussa (which is next to Ponte Sisto in Trastevere), No more than a 10 minute walk to Campo de' Fiori. The apartment was very comfortable with a good kitchen and living room area, bedroom and bathroom with a fine shower. The big bonus was a small room off the bathroom with a washer/dryer. The street can sometimes be a bit noisy at night with lots of young people ("Bir and Fud" is just around the corner, so you can imagine), but I really didn't mind this. Various garbage/recycling trucks come by with regularity, keeping the area very clean; though this might bother a lightly sleeper in the AM, again it didn't seem to bother me. A couple of small problems occurred during our 2-week stay - the management people were tottaly available and helpful. I would definiely recommend this apartment - but not when I want to be there!

I (single) stayed for almost three weeks in this nice apartment. It is very centrally located in the Monti district, just ten minutes away from major attractions such as Fori Imperiali and Santa Maria Maggiore. The apartment is on a small sidestreet with no through traffic and no bar or restaurants directly adjacent and therefore quiet. All the five windows face to the small, narrow street. The apartment ist on the penultimate floor of the building, a narrow early 20th century apartment building with a somewhat dark staircase, but once you enter it, you find yourself in a very well equipped (many things appeared to have never been used before), completely modernized (recently refurbished) flat with a combined kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a small bathroom with shower. The only problem which might arise with very sensitive guests is the fact that the windows have singe sheet glazing, banning little of the remaining noise from the street. The keyholder transaction went smoothly, and the WLAN worked impeccably and is under full control of the guest. Besides the apartment, the buidling houses a (rarely open) art gallery on ground floor, a family on first floor, and probably another tourist apartment on the top floor. Lighting of the staircase (two bulbs broken) could be improved. In total, a very agreable stay.

What a wonderful apartment. We where greeted at the apartment after arranging by phone from the airport by the key holder Enzo, who made us feel so welcome and was efficient and friendly with all the information we needed even though we had arrived at 10.30 pm. The owners had kindly left wine and fruit and a well stocked larder, even lovely toiletries where in abundance. The decor is classic and rustic which added very much to its charm and was lovely and relaxing and surprisingly quiet. But the best thing really has to be the location! Wherever we adventured we where within a 20 minute or so distance fr all major sites and attractions including Vatican, coliseum , pantheon, Trevi Fountsin, 5 minutes from Piazza Navona and 2 from Campo Di Fiori square and the fresh fruit and veg market. A 5 minute walk across the river brings you into the Trastever area with quant cafes and shops in tiny streets and squares. A real gem of a place, I would not hesitate to book this apartment again and visit this wonderful city of Rome and I would not hesitate to book again with Cities Reference who made the whole experience smooth, trouble free and efficient.

Superbe appartement, emplacement top, propreté irréprochable et super accueil ! Seul petit bémol : l'appartement reste bruyant malgré les doubles vitrages ! La rue est tres fréquentée et les voisins du dessus se lèvent de bonne heure. Cela dit, je recommande fortement cet appartement et j('y retournerais probablement. Merci Peter !

Beautiful clean, comfortable place, wonderfully located close to restaurants, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Trastevere and more. Bright, fully furnished, windows with good views, elevator works. A perfect place to spend a week as we did to wander all around Rome.

A very very nice, very comfortable place to stay while in Rome for the month of September.  The terrace is unbelievable, very romantic. Massimo was terrific, always making sure that things were going ok and also making arrangements when we weren't sure our italian was up to it.  Location is great - about 5-10 min to Campo dei Fiori, 10-15 to Piazza Navona, 15-20 or so to the Vatican (all walking  times). Lots of nearby restaurants and cafes within 5-10 minutes.

Un bellisimo posto molto comodo in cui alloggiare a Roma per il mese di settembre. La terrazza è incredibile, molto romantico. Massimo era eccezionale, sempre facendo in modo che le cose andassero bene e anche faceva le telefonate quando non eravamo sicuri che il nostro italiano era all'altezza. La posizione è ottima - circa 5-10 minuti a Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona a 10-15, 15-20 o giù di lì al Vaticano (tutti i tempi a piedi). Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e caffetterie entro 5-10 minuti.

Our apartment on Via D'Ascanio was comfortable, cozy and charming. We were in the middle of a typical Roman neighborhood in the Centro Storico. Bakeries, bars, churches, restaurants, shops and historic sites all within 3-5 minute walk. The amount of space for 4 adults was more than adequate, (certainly triple the space of a hotel room, along with a dining room and full kitchen and clothes washer for less than the price of similar hotel accommodations.) There were no negatives to this rental; I would only say that the bathrooms (2) need updating.  Having the use of an elevator, especially for luggage transportation, was a huge bonus.  The owner, Nicola, could not have been more helpful.  He arranged private transportation for us to Fiumicino, a stress-free ending to our wonderful stay in Roma.

Apartamentul s-a ridicat la inaltimea asteptarilor noastre. Este intradevar un apartament curat, spatios, linistit - mai ales cele doua dormitoare care au geamurile in curtea interioara, bine pozitionat fata de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice si relativ aproape de magazine alimentare, statie de metrou si gara.
De asemea, numai cuvinte de lauda la adresa domnului Marco.
Recomand tuturor acest apartament pentru a porni intr-o vacanta reusita!

Muy bien situado y muy bien equipado. Es como estar en casa en Roma. Tuvimos un problema con unas obras en otro apartamento (ruidos muy temprano y tierra en el salon) y con un grifo y lo solucionaron rapidamente.

Well placed apartment with lovely terrace, very quiet. Beds extremely comfortable, even the sofa bed!  Trastevere is a wonderful district, and this apartment is also extremely close to the bridge Palatine to cross for the Coliseum etc, and the Sisto bridge for Campo di Fiore, Pantheon etc etc, in other words, perfectly placed! One tiny negative, there was only one teaspoon and not many pans etc, so cooking for a family would have been a bit awkward, but Maria the keyholder very helpful and would recommend this apartment.

We are going to add pots and pans and silverware immediately if they are missing, you should have told us right away, are you sure you looked for them in the right place? The pots and pans are in the cupboard by the door window leading to the terrace and the silverware on the cupboard on the other side of the room, by the sofa bed, in one of the drawers.
